hey! So who's interested to be volunteers for the Osim Triathlon? Basically, have to print out the volunteer application form at http://www.singaporetriathlon.com/en/volunteers/index.asp, then get parents' signature cos we're still under 21.. then you can either fax it to them or send it to them. I think fax is more convenient right? The person in charge said that nearing the pre-event date then they'll call us to tell us more information about it. hey! haha i'm getting kinda excited bout the overseas trip too! hope we make it happen this time round! ooh tioman sounds goooood! all the crystal clear water snorkling and stuff..so funn! So if we go tioman, means we go for a diving trip? Anw, i think cruise would be a bit boring after a while? just keep eating and sleeping and waking up to watch sunrise and sunset..well, but quite alot of ppl still working right? sounds like another hard to arrange trip..anw the osim triathlon is looking for volunteers! and that includes experienced canoeists! anyone interested? ok, the details are as follows:
We need volunteers in a range of positions during the event days on Saturday and Sunday (2 & 3 July 2005) as well as support staff at the Triathlon Expo (28 & 29 June) .All volunteers must be at least 14 years old and above (as at 1 Jan 2005) and must be able to commit themselves for at least a minimum of 2 days and attend compulsory briefing(s) prior to the event. Come onboard and help us achieve our goal of making the OSIM Singapore Asian Triathlon Championship 2005 the premier triathlon event in Asia. We will make every attempt to place you in your preferred position. Please note that the organisers will vet all applications and reserve the right to reject any applications
VOLUNTEER BENEFITS
Every volunteer will be entitled to the following benefits:
A Volunteer T-shirt, Meals & drinks, A token of allowance of S$20 per day (Event days)/ S$40 per day (Pre-event), A Certificate of Appreciation, CIP Hours (if applicable), Invaluable experience gained from being a part of an international sporting event

hi everybody! after serious consideration and discussion, the organisers to this week's outing have noted the various objections against cycling and even worse, midnight cycling(and cinderella haoxia claims he can only stay till midnight)... and with sincere thoughts about the westies going down all the way to east coast to devour a few crabs... we(shoe and i) have decided that this sat's -280505- outing shall be a similar devouring of crabs and other foods at NO SIGNBOARD SEAFOOD at KALLANG OASIS. here are the following details:Place to meet: DOBHY GHAUT MRT STATION

eh?so we're gonna have night cycling ar? okie.. i dun mind although i seriously think i won't be able to take it esp if i'm gg to ntu trng tt day.. ha.. no one wants to join back canoe during uni???? eh.. shoe, can ya like msg the details around even tho it's tentative now cos i doubt the ever-missing xj will know abt this.. heh.. oh and are we calling hx along?yeah yeah yeah!!! i want stayover!!!!! zn, then we shall ALL do crunches tog!!! haha.. does shoe's hse have a gym? i feel like setting this super crazy program for us to do and then die... hahah.. haven felt like tt for a loong time..
i think we're all rather mad.. no.. is canoeists are mad.. nv exercise for a while and we'll all start to complain.. heh.. but sadly, it's true tt all my fats are showing up(not like it didn't in the first place), my strength is failing.. act i think our stamina is still qt ok.. it's the strength.. fifi and i can no longer put in as much strength into our strokes le.. a 500m set feels like a 1km set.. haha.. talking abt trng, sorry i din spread the word ard abt trng details last sat cos i had no time.. i'll spread the details ard next trng k? yeps!!! okie.. time to go.. cya guys ard!!

hey all! congrats to the 2 who have alrdy passed!!!! :) PLS drive us ard!ok anw, next sat, we all hafta be at the bicycle shop at 5.45pm to get our bikes, den we'll cycle over to RED HOUSE for seafood dinner (CRAB CRAB CRAB!)
afta dinner, we'll rest awhile, den overnite cycling will officially begin when ..... we're ready :) hehs.
is everyone ook with the itinerary? or shld we not have an overnite thing?? majority rules, so PLS PLS PLS indicate preference! [the outing will probably end afta breakfast on sunday!]

hey girls! haven't been here for a really long time..! Anw congrats to all those who passed their driving! It would be nice to travel more in a car you know..*hint hint* Haha I just had my 1st lesson on the road on tues..not bad..i could actually remember how to operate the car though i've lost touch for bout 5 months! and i only got one chop! as if i'm not slow enough! :(you guys went down to paddle??!!! why never call me????? i wanna paddle also!!! any paddling this coming sat?? i'm dying to capsize..and padddle! ha wonder if i can balance in the boat now..i think my strokes surely all wrong now! but if there's any paddling activities rope me in ok? :)
okae, nothing too exciting is happening in my life right now. looking forward to the midnight cycling outing! :) gonna withdraw from sch soon then i'll be kinda free..yupyup..take care lots everyone!

hey all...i passed my test~!!!finally!it was raining so heavily..was so scared...anyway, seekee...u noe the person u ask me to email my resume to last time (for the camp facilitator thing)..he emailed me...below are the details...Hi. Andrew here. Just to inform u tat there will be a sharing session on 20th May at 2pm to 6pm, follow by pre camp briefing till about 7pm. Its not a compulsory for those not involve in the camps on either 25th to 27th or 26th & 27th but compulsory for those attending these two camps. If u haf any friends who wish to come just feel free to bring them along.Pls let me know your attendance by 18th May. wahoo!!! gossips!!! who's screwed up????? man.. i can't wait for the stayover!!! haha.. dum dee dum... really no one got portable cd writer ar.. aw... i really wanna watch naruto.. sob sob.. heh..my foot's hurting again, all cos of the stupid rudder of my beloved boat.. ha.. today was super funny.. i thot macritchie looked like it was flooded with canoeists.. ha.. oh and when i finally launched(fionash was already down), i barely pulled 3 strokes then had to go up again.. cos it started pouring la.. haha.. soo funny.. yea.. i suggest to those who wanna go down to paddle regularly to buy their own life jackets cos the life jacs used now haven't been washed for god knows how many weeks and soon, they'll start to stink(they're already starting).. yep yep.. as for the boats, all that's left are k1s.. yea..
shoe!!! do we need to bring any stuff to the stay over? like food?? me n fiona are planning to drag all of ya to use all the sports facilities u have there.. ha.. u got courts right?? ha..

hi all! hey eline yeah man that's a bloody good book you've picked up, one of my all time favourites... ya gotta read into it deeper and between the lines too k it's a damn good book. =) i'm really missing paddling a lot.. the thought of not getting into a boat anymore brings shivers up my spine.. and to think i thought i could still borrow the school's boat and paddle every week... it's funny how we were praying to move to mac last year and when it really happens now I hope we hadn't had to move..i can't wait for the stayover, it's really probably one of the last that everyone can be present... so everybody better make the effort to come k.. when shoe flies to LA, and xjun flies down under, and everyone scurries to NUS NTU SMU... we're gonna be all over the place..

hey!!! how's everyone?? haha.. starting from yest, i've decided to be a regular sms dedicat-or to mali's afternoon program on 93.3 fm.. wahaha.. so mus listen to it k? in case she reads out my sms n i kinda dedicated a song to ya all.. wahaha... this is soo fun..anyway, it's not tt there're not enough boats. it's cos macritchie's very messy now. the shed's super small and rather far from launching pt and blah blah blah.. but.. the good news is hx told me can go down to paddle. the bad news is may not have enough life jackets. and we can't have so many pple going down at one time lor.. confirm won't have enough boats. what's more some grand juniors are on k1(at least 1 la)... yeah..nonetheless, those who wanna know the trng times each week, sms me to lemme know so i'll inform u abt the trng times la.. or u can ask hx directly.. (i dun ask him by the way.. hee) yep yep.. so tt's all for paddling..

hello everyone.. .went for swimming lessons at around dunman high today.. had to take mrt to kallang mrt then take bus... when i reach kallang and stuff and when the bus went pass kallang i felt really really nostalgic and sad... sad that we won't be paddling in kallang anymore... and even sadder than we may not even get to go down mac and paddle... sigh... i hope haoxia sees this.. then he can sell his stupid black civic and buy us all boats! yay... sigh.. btw anyone got job offers pls tell me.. i need flexi hours cos i got swimming lessons in the noon.. thanks bye..chian lin ruled the world at 11:41 pm
