heyhey...haiyo...still got so many pple having problems signing on...i shall go see help..haha...then can help u all ma...i think i must be hallucinating cos my arm and shoulder blades are very very uncomfortable now...they're very suan but i don't know how to massage it cos i can't pinpoint the place!!very agonising lor..haix...oh well...at least today's run wasn't that bad cos i really died during my weights thanks to chian for pushing me so hard..yep.. :) i think we should just paste all the inspirational postcards around the gym...then everywhere we go,we see the cards..haha...hmm..or we should enlarge a photo of alpha..that sounds lk a good idea!! :)
oh..chian and i bought a postcard for the noticeboard so huiqi!!! we need your noticeboard key!!!! hehe... okiez...i think i've crapped enough..cya peepz around!!
